The Festival, By H. P. Lovecraft- A Dramatic Reading

I wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, and a Happy Holiday Season, wherever you are, and whatever you are up to! I was inspired this season to make a “different” sort of gift. Those close to me know I have an affinity for classic sci-fi, gothic horror, and weird fiction- So I decided to try my hand at a dramatic narration of “The Festival”, a short story written by H.P. Lovecraft and published 1925 in Weird Tales, a horror fiction pulp magazine popular at the time. The story takes place during the Yuletide, and describes a festival kept once every century, since time immemorial. I hope you enjoy
