Ground Beef and Oat Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 ground beef
- 3/4 cup flaked Oats (such as Quaker)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine all ingredients (beef, oats, onion, ketshup, eggs, sage, parsely, salt, pepper) in large bowl; mix lightly but thoroughly.
- Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until meatloaf has an internal temperature of 160°F
- Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Leftover meatloaf is almost better than the fresh stuff! Refrigerate leftovers and use within 2 days, or wrap up airtight and freeze up to 3 months.
